These Frequently Asked Questions relate to the services available and how BIDS works. 

(Q) After I order a set of tender documents, how will I find out if there are any changes, or  addenda to the documents I have ordered?
(A.) When you purchase a document set from BIDS you will be asked for both a phone number and a fax number.  This information is recorded so we can advise of any changes to the documents you ordered. Unlike other services BIDS does NOT charge extra for this service addenda are included with your bid document set.

(Q.) We are only interested in receiving opportunities for the province in which we are located.  Can we stop receiving information for other areas?
(A.)You can "restrict" the opportunities that are sent to you by going to the Subscriber are and selecting "Manage Account" and turning off what you don't want.  Of course as a BIDS subscriber these are still available to you even after they have closed by doing an Opportunity search on the jurisdiction you've restricted from your BIDS Alert Service.
