The Town of Riverview invites tenders for:
Contract name: Pedestrian Crosswalk system (RA-5) Whitepine Road at Lawson and CoverdaleRoad at Ogden Drive,Contract No. 13-51.
Tender Closing Date and Time: Thursday June 20, 2013 - 11:30 a.m.
Specifications and tender forms shall be acquired at Town Hall located at 30 HonourHouse Court, Riverview, NB during normal working hours upon a payment of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars per set, in the form of cash or cheque made payable to the Town of Riverview.
A bid bond or a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender pricemust accompany each tender.
A copy of the tender document is on file at the Moncton Northeast ConstructionAssociation, 297 Collishaw Street, Moncton, NB.
Specifications and Instructions to Tenderers are contained in the Town ofRiverview "Standard Municipal Specifications", available on the Town of Riverview's website at www.townofriverview.ca.
Completed tenders must be received at the Town of Riverview's Town Hall, 30 Honour HouseCourt, Riverview, N.B. prior to the closing time for tenders on the date indicated in theabove table at which location a public tender opening will be held immediately followingthe tender closing.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
