PanCanadian Energy (PCE) requires services to reformat, rewrite and develop operational Manuals (Documentation) for the Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Information Technology and Marine / Logistics. The successful company will be required to develop
these "all inclusive " documents based on:
1) PCE's Operational Risk Management System "ORMS"
2) Adhere to all Federal and Provincial legislation pertaining to offshore Oil and Gas exploration and development
3) Documents must be developed to meet or exceed industry standards using
a global perspective. These documents will be the standard for all PCE's
offshore operations and therefore must meet the standards set out by other inter-provincial and international regulators with minimal revision
required.
4) As stated above PCE requires an all inclusive approach for this
proposed scope of work. PCE has existing documentation in place that will
be used as the foundation for this project, however it must be stressed
that we are not looking for a simple reformatting of existing
documentation.
5) It is a requirement that this work be completed within a four month
period from award date.
6) Respondents must identify any projects where similar services were
performed.
