EnCana seeks qualified Companies for the provision of two (2) Vessels for
it's Shallow Water Nova Scotia blocks in preparation for it's upcoming
drilling program. The program, which is subject to regulatory approval,
will consist of two (2) exploratory wells for a total of 120 days, with
multiple single well options. EnCana intends to evaluate synergies with
other Operators working in Nova Scotia whose campaigns exhibit opportunities to benefit both Operators during this time frame. Preference will be given to Canadian flagged and Canadian crewed vessels. All vessels shall be Transport Canada certified and
in class with a recognized Classification Society and be certified for standby duty in Canada.

Interested parties must have a Health, Safety and Environmental Management System and a Quality Management System and in addition all Vessels must have ISM certification. Respondents must indicate Company name, contact details, Managers and Key
