EnCana Corporation seeks qualified and experienced companies to acquire
and process 3D marine seismic data on licenses it holds offshore Nova Scotia for the upcoming 2003 program.
EnCana has four (4) areas to be surveyed, preferably using modern marine seismic systems capable of deploying dual source arrays and multi-streamer receiver configurations (6 -10). The final number of surveys and their size is subject to change.
Contractors must have extensive 3D seismic acquisition and processing experience and demonstrated capabilities executing and completing large marine 3D seismic programs in a timely and cost effective manner. Prior experience along the Scotia Shelf/Slope
and/or similar marine environments will be considered an advantage.
Interested parties must have health, safety, and environmental management and quality management systems which meet all requirements of Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB). Respondents must indicate company name, contact details,
managers and key personnel, company profile and summary of related experience. EnCana will select qualified bidders using the respondents to this EOI as a guide.
