EnCana Corporation is proposing to develop its Deep Panuke gas prospect located offshore Nova Scotia, approximately 44 km to the West of Sable Island. The proposed development plan comprises three new platforms ? a production platform (DPP), a utilities
and quarters platform (UQP) and a wellhead platform (WHP) ? with two interconnecting bridges linking them to each other. Up to 6 wells will provide production from the Deep Panuke development. Gas will be delivered to shore via one new export pipeline,
of 24" NPS after processing offshore. The onshore landfall site for the export line will be in the Goldboro region.
EnCana Corporation has appointed Accent-Saipem Energy Joint Venture to provide the Engineering Design study for this project.
During this phase we are seeking qualified companies for the supply of REPROGRAPHIC SERVICES including but not limited to:
- Provide reproduction services for large volumes (1 Million +) of engineering documents over a peak period of twenty-four (24) months.
- Reproduction of all size drawings and documentation will be required including drawing sizes B, C, D & E and also European sizes (A0, A1, A2, A3 & A4). Custom size documents will also be required.
- Black, white and colour prints from / to various types of media (mylar, vellum etc.)
- Digital and offset printing
- Printing from electronic media (disc, CD Rom etc.)
- Document scanning services
- Same day turn-around on as required documentation
- One (1) to two (2) hour turnaround on as required documentation
- Twenty-four (24) hour service on a seven (7) day per week basis
- Pick-up and delivery service
- Ability to receive and send documents electronically on a secure data
line
- Potential to set-up and support a Project on-site satellite office
EOI respondents must indicate company name, contact details, managers and key personnel, company profile, and summary of related experience. The company profile must identify any implemented Quality Management Systems, shop size, number of employees,
union affiliations, any long term contractual commitments and present idle shop capacity. An inventory of current in-house reprographic equipment and shop output capacity must also be submitted.
The Deep Panuke Project will select qualified bidders using the responses to this EOI as a guide. Expressions of Interest must be received on or before July 8, 2002.
