Meteorological and Oceanographic Services

PanCanadian Energy requires the following meteorological and
oceanographical services to comply with the CNOPB/NEB Physical
Environmental Guidelines (PEG) for their Newfoundland offshore operations
over the next two years;
1) forecasting and verification
2) equipment sourcing, mobilization and maintenance for meteorological and
oceanographic systems (eg. anemometer, ADCP, waverider, barometer, etc.)
3) 100 - year design criteria for drilling operations
4) other miscellaneous metocean related tasks
Successful bidders must be able to show a proven track record for working
with the harsh conditions offshore Atlantic Canada and be up to date with
the newest revision of the PEG guidelines.
