Kerr-McGee Offshore Canada Ltd. seeks qualified companies for the provision of Import Customs Brokers Services for its deepwater Nova Scotia licenses, in preparation for its upcoming drilling project offshore Nova Scotia. The project, which is subject to
regulatory approval, consists of one or more exploratory wells, with potential sidetracking opportunities and/or delineation drilling once the initial well is evaluated. Revisions are expected as plans mature. The scope of work includes:
- Coordination of customs clearance and duty services for materials and equipment originating outside Canada.
- Customs and/or trade consulting services.
Interested parties must have a health, safety, and environment management and quality management system which meets, at a minimum, all requirements of C-NSOPB and all other regulatory processes. Respondents must indicate company name, contact details,
managers and key personnel, company profile, a summary of related experience and ability to undertake the specified scope, and a summary of the organization's presence in Nova Scotia and Canada. Kerr-McGee will select qualified bidders from among the
respondents to this EOI.
