Marathon Canada Limited seeks qualified companies to prepare a Pipeline Routing Study with respect to the conceptual development of the Annapolis Field. Marathon's exploration project, which is subject to final approval, will consist of a single
exploration well in approximately 1,800 meters of water on the Annapolis License. Annapolis is located approximately 40 km (or miles) south of Sable Island.The pace of development will depend on a commercial discovery, technology and market access and
prices.
Contract Scope;
i) Determine a preliminary pipeline corridor from Annapolis Block to beach landing at Goldboro.
ii) Identify constraints to pipeline routing from Annapolis Block to Goldboro (seabed geohazards[rock outcrops, rugged seabed, sand waves, boulder fields, pock marks, etc], dump areas, existing pipelines and cables, and their rights-of-way, abandoned
exploration wells, shipwrecks, areas of environmental concern, areas of fishing sensitivities, military training areas).
Interested parties must have health, safety, and environmental management and quality management systems which meet all requirements of Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB). Respondents must indicate company name, contact details, managers
and key personnel, company profile, and summary of related experience. Marathon Canada Limited will select qualified bidders from among the respondents to this Expressions of Interest.
