Marathon Canada Limited (Marathon) seeks qualified companies for the provision of Navigation Quality Control Consultants in support of the acquisition of a three dimensional (3D) marine seismic survey and navigation data in the waters offshore Nova
Scotia over Exploration Licenses 2410 and 2411. The area to be covered is approximately 2,260 square kilometers (full fold) over two adjacent parallelogram areas. The western parallelogram is 46 kilometers in the north-south direction by 30 kilometers
east-west. The eastern parallelogram is 42 kilometers in the north-south direction by 23 kilometers east-west. Effective CMP line spacing shall be 25 meters, resulting in 92,920 line kilometers (full fold) of seismic data plus line tails. The minimum
acceptable acquisition configuration is estimated to be a dual source/six streamer so the Work can be completed in one season.
Services will be required for approximately 12 weeks.
Respondents must provide, at a minimum:
· a summary of resumes of available consultants;
· a summary of safety and technical training that your company offers to your consultants; and
· a summary of company history and offshore navigation quality control experience. Marathon will select qualified bidders from among the respondents to this EOI.
