General Requirements:ExxonMobil Canada Properties (ExxonMobil) is seeking qualified contractors interested in providing reprographic services for all ExxonMobil and its affiliate, Imperial Oil Limited, activities in Nova Scotia. This includes black and
white photocopying, finishing services, offset printing, color photocopying and digital printing for a 5-year period. The work location is Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Technical Requirements:Potential bidders must submit the attached Canada-Nova Scotia Benefits Bidder Questionnaire with their expression of interest.
Scope of Work
The successful candidate will have the ability to supply a variety of reprographic services including but not limited to: black and white and full color copying (single and double sided) in a variety of sizes, offset printing (2 and 3 color brochures- 11
x 17), NCR's (2 and 3 part, 2 and 3 color), binding (cerlox, coil, velo, thermal and saddle stitch), dry mounting, laminating, plaque mounting, and digital printing (archiving and scanning). Services will be required on a quick turnaround basis and will
be delivered to a central internal processing point.
