General Requirements: ExxonMobil Canada Properties is seeking qualified bidders for the supply of Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves to replace existing valves in service at ExxonMobil's Sable Project Tier I Offshore facilities.
Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on work should submit corporate resumes indicating relevant experience, capability and expertise with similar projects prior to the closing date indicated above. ExxonMobil reserves the right to make the
final determination of which firms qualify to bid.
Scope of Supply: Bidder will supply Pilot Operated Pressure Relief Valves to fit into existing installations without piping modifications that comply with ExxonMobil (Sable Offshore Energy Project) Specifications.
The valve size is to be a 1x 2. The body and bonnet material is to be duplex stainless steel. All valves are for produced water service however because of the installation configuration there is likelihood that the valve and pilot wetted parts will
normally see hydrocarbon fluid. Depending upon the application the accumulated hydrocarbons will have varying amounts of BTEX and CO2 concentrations.
Note: Only bidders able to quote on materials listed above will be considered.
Schedule for Delivery: Bidding is planned for September 2002 with delivery required by Early 2003.

The following information must be submitted with the Expression of Interest, by the closing date, to ExxonMobil:
Evidence of previous experience of similar contracts with ExxonMobil, Sable or other companies.
Current ISO 9000 or equivalent Quality Program Status
Index to Quality Manual
Typical Quality Plan or Procedure for receipt, warehousing, material verification and review of technical documentation prior to delivery to ExxonMobil. Company Organization Chart with sub-suppliers (if applicable)
