General Requirements: ExxonMobil Canada Properties is seeking qualified contractors interested in providing off-site electric motor repair and overhaul services for a period of 5 years.
Scope of Work (by location)
Nova Scotia Requirements: Electric motor repair and overhaul work will be provided to ExxonMobil Canada. Work locations include offshore platforms and onshore facilities at Goldboro and Point Tupper, Nova Scotia. Services will cover all motors rated up to
600 volts. Occasionally the Contractor may be requested to come to the Owners site to troubleshoot and conduct minor repairs.
National Requirements (optional): Contractor will also have the option to bid on work provided to Imperial Oil Limited facilities in Sarnia, Strathcona and Dartmouth and other ExxonMobil Canada upstream facilities in Western Canada. Service will cover
motors rated up to 6900 volts. Occasionally the Contractor may be requested to come to the Owners site to troubleshoot and conduct minor repairs.
Technical Requirements: (Please provide verification of the following):
- In response to this Expression of Interest Contractor must advise if they are interested in bidding on national requirements. Contractor must also demonstrate their ability to meet national service requirements, including service center locations.
- Contractor shall have an ISO registered (or equivalent) quality management system.
- Contractor personnel must have documented formal training and work experience to ensure competency in all job requirements.
- Contractor must have a facility equipped to repair all motors within the scope of this development.
- Contractors have safety and A&D programs meeting corporate requirements.
- Contractor must have the capacity to consistently provide timely repairs including provisions for emergency service.
For emergency requirements, Owner may ask Contractor to perform Work outside of normal working hours
