SaiWoo contracting has been contracted by ExxonMobil Canada Properties (EMCP) for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) of the Sable Tier II Compression Platform.
SaiWoo is a partnership company of Saipem SpA and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME).
DSME is requesting Expressions of Interest from companies capable of supplying the material and/or Equipment described below.
Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this package should submit their corporate resumes indicating relevant experience and expertise with similar work prior to the closing date indicated above. DSME reserves the right the make the final
determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
Equipment to be supplied must be in conformance with applicable Canadian and Nova Scotia standards, codes and regulations. ISO 9001 2000 certification or equivalent is required.
Scope of Supply
Two (2), Power Generation Gas Turbine with rated shaft output as 1800 rpm mounted on a steel frame skid and completely pre-piped and wired prior to shipment.
Scope of supply to include the design, manufacture, fabrication, assembly and supply of necessary documentation, testing and commissioning of the packages, which shall comply fully with Canadian Standards and Regulations.
The gas Turbine package shall also include supply of:
· Two (2), Alternators of rating 5500 kVA @ PF 0.8 for Gas Turbine Generator sets.
· All auxiliary system such as lube and seal oil system, cooling system, gears unit, coupling, controls, enclosures etc.
· Special tools and fixtures required to maintain the packaged equipment
· All interconnecting piping, valves and fittings, instrumentation and control system up to the skid limits
Interested potential suppliers should forward
· A profile of the company.
· Details of relevant supply experience in manufacturing equipment to the size specified above.
· List of countries where you have international office/representative.
· Quality assurance and HSE certificates and reference held by the company.
Schedule for Delivery
Bidding is planned for Apr. 2004 with delivery required at end of 1Q 2005.
