ExxonMobil Canada Properties (EMCP) - Sable Tier 2 Project, is requesting Expressions of Interest from companies capable of supplying the services described below. Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this package should submit their corporate
resumes indicating relevant experience and expertise with similar work prior to the closing date indicated above. EMCP reserves the right the make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
Scope of Supply: The Sable Tier 2 Project is seeking qualified local contractors who are capable of providing all of the services for instrumentation, electrical and hydraulics support for Tier 2 Satellites Construction activities, as described below:
Instrumentation and electrical services required for the possible rework, testing or calibration of Vendor supplied equipment or existing EMCP equipment and any other work as required, in accordance with Project specifications.
Hydraulic power services, including equipment and operators required for the fabrication of hydraulic tubing systems, including inspection, flushing, testing and other work as required, in accordance with Project specifications.
Testing services, including equipment and operators required for piping hydrotests, hydraulic pressure tests, E+I cable and equipment testing, in accordance with Project specifications.
Fabricator supply of fully traceable material may be required in some instances. In some cases, work may require completion to suit an accelerated schedule. The Supplier shall implement or already have in place a Quality Assurance System to ISO 9002 and
CSA Z299.
Schedule Orders for these services to commence in mid 2003.
Option to Increase Scope of Supply Contractor / Vendor shall take into consideration the additional Sable Tier II platform requirements when preparing the submission for the above scope and the Owner's intent for the option to extend the current scope to
future platforms where applicable.
Supplier Submissions Interested parties must express interest by obtaining a Vendor Pre-qualification / Registration Questionnaire from BIDS Nova Scotia (see contact information below):
Upon completion of Vendor Pre-qualification / Registration Questionnaire interested parties will submit their COMPLETE Expressions of Interest (EOI) including questionnaire information directly to: SABLE TIER 2 PROJECT 1660 Hollis Street Centennial
