General Requirements:
ExxonMobil Canada Properties is seeking qualified bidders for the supply of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Duplex Stainless Steel Valves for ExxonMobil's Sable Project Tier I facilities, ranging in size from 3/4" to 6" NPS.
Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on work should submit corporate resumes indicating relevant experience, capability and expertise with similar projects prior to the closing date indicated above. ExxonMobil reserves the right to make the
final determination of which firms qualify to bid.
Scope of Supply:
Bidder will supply 3/4" to 6" Gate, Globe, Ball, Check, Wafer, and Instrument valves in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Duplex Stainless Steel, in compliance with ExxonMobil (Sable Offshore Energy Project) Specifications. Some actuated specialty valves
will also be included in the package.
Note: Only bidders able to quote on all materials listed above will be considered.
Schedule for Delivery:
Bidding is planned for July 2002 with delivery required by September / October 2002.
Experience:
Bidder shall be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar contracts with ExxonMobil, Sable or other companies. Bidder must also provide details of QA/QC systems in place to control, monitor and manage scope as described

- Current ISO 9000 or equivalent Quality Program Status
- Index to Quality Manual
- Typical Quality Plan or Procedure for receipt, warehousing, material verification and review of technical documentation prior to delivery to ExxonMobil.
