Shell Canada Limited seeks qualified companies interested in providing office furniture as detailed below for use in Shell's East Coast Office. The office is relocating to new premises resulting in a requirement for furniture for 5 enclosed offices and
workstations to accommodate personnel in an open work area.
As well as, the successful supplier will be expected to design a workstation layout to optimize the open space and recommend furniture designs to meet space and storage requirementsfor the individual offices. The move is tentatively scheduled for early to
mid September.
At this time, the following requirements have been identified:
Quantity 5: Desk; "L" shapped, double pedestal, with pullout keyboard shelf.
Quantity 6: Chair; desk, ergonomic, executive style
Quantity 4: Chair, guest style
Quantity 3: Bookcase; 3 shelf, adjustable
Quantity 3: Bookcase; 5 shelf, adjustable
Quantity 7: Cabinet; file, lateral, 4 drawer
Quantity 3: Cabinet; storage, 4 shelf, adjustable
Quantity 3: Table; reference, 5 ft. long
Quantity 2: Table; reception, round, 36" diameter
Quantity 15: Workstation; "L" or "U" shape; double pedestal, adjustable keyboard shelf, privacy/sound supression panels
Interested Companies are requested to limit their responses to four pages or less and clearly address the areas stated below:
Provide evidence of stock availability to meet the above requirements and relocation date specified; and Proof of capabilities and expertise.
Companies, who submit an Expression of Interest and are then selected for the Bidder List will be provided with an opportunity to view the office premises prior to submitting a Proposal.
