The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) is requesting Expressions of
Interest from firms capable of providing an independent auditors report
as required under the Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum regulations. This
report will provide an opinion on the "allowed cumulative field costs"
incurred by the project on behalf of the interest-holders. The first
report by the auditor is required by no later than June 10, 1999.
Firms interested in prequalifying to bid on this service should submit
their resumes indicating relevant experience and expertise in the oil
and gas business, their experience with large, complex construction
projects and their experience with government regulatory agencies prior
the closing date indicated above. SOEP reserves the right to make the
final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on this service.
