The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) through its Alliance Partner
Allseas Canada Limited (ACAN) is requesting expressions of interest from
companies capable fuel barge services. Companies interested in
pre-qualifying to bid on this work package must submit their corporate
resumes, indicating amongst others expertise, QA and HS&E management
system description, and relevant experience, prior to the closing date
indicated above. SOEP and ACAN reserve the right to make the final
determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
Scope
Allseas Canada require the services of an offshore approved fuel barge
capable of supplying fuel to pipe supply vessels working near SABLE
Island. This barge must have a minimum capacity of 5000MT. Work will
commence around May 15, 1999 and will finish in September, 1999.
