The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) through its Alliance Partner
Allseas Canada Limited (ACAN) is seeking expressions of interest from
companies capable of supplying high pressure water pumping equipment and
hoses as described below. Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on these work packages should submit their corporate resumes, indicating
amongst others expertise, QA and HS&E management system description, and
relevant experience, prior to the closing date indicated above. ACAN reserve the right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
GENERAL
Allseas Canada has installed a 12-inch interfield pipeline and associated
MEG line which require pressure testing during commissioning. Pressure
testing will be carried out offshore from either the Allseas Vessel
Trenchsetter, or possibly from the Thebaud Platform. To carry out this
testing procedure ACAN will require high pressure pumps and hoses.
Interested companies should provide the applicable information as requested above, and detailed mob/demob, rental, day-rate pricing, operator day rates etc. for all of the required equipment as detailed below.

1/ 12 x 50 metre lengths of 2" High Pressure Hoses. Manuli type Golden
Spir-Sub Spir r13-2" Both ends Weco. 1502-2" M+F SWP 345 BAR
2/ One High Pressure diesel driven positive displacement pump minimum flow 120 ltr/min maximum flow 500 ltr/min. x 345 BAR
3/ Air driven H.P. Pump minimum flow 5ltr/min maximum flow 15ltr/min x 345 BAR.
