Allseas Marine Contractors (AMC) is requesting expressions of interest from
companies capable of supplying Ships Chandler Services as described below.
Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this work package should
submit their corporate resumes indicating expertise, QA and HS&E management
system description, and relevant experience, prior to the closing date
indicated above. SOEP and AMC reserve the right to make the final
determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
GENERAL
During the offshore installation of subsea pipelines AMC will require the
use of a Ship's Chandler to provide services, as indicated below, for the
Allseas vessels that will be working on this project.
The company that is awarded this work will be responsible for ships
provisions including, all equipment and services as requested by ship
captain or appointed representatives. as defined in scope of work.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Ship Chandler scope of work will Include but not be limited to the
following:
Provide provisions including sundries pertaining to the requirements of all
vessels, included but not necessarily limited to the following.:
(1) Solitaire-------- Approximately 420 personnel
(2) Trench Setter -------- Approximately 60 personnel
(3) Highland Rover -------- Approximately 25
SCHEDULE
The preliminary schedule for the various Ship Chandler activities is based
on the following dates:
- Supply of Ship Chandler Services: May 1999 - September 1999
