The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) is requesting expressions of
interest from companies capable of supplying the materials or services
described below. Companies interested in bidding on these items should
submit their corporate resumes indicating relevant experience and expertise
with similar products to the following address before the closing date
indicated above. SOEP reserves the right to make the final determination of
which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
PURPOSE
BMS Offshore Limited [BMS] has been appointed by the Sable Offshore Energy
Project [SOEP] as contractor for the Offshore Hookup of its Thebaud, Venture
and North Triumph platforms.
DESCRIPTION
BMS will have ongoing requirements for the provision of trade consumables to
their offshore workforce through their base of operations in the Halifax
region.
BMS intends to establish frame pricing agreements for some categories of the
above scope of supply with a commitment to provide full and fair opportunity
to Nova Scotia and Canada suppliers.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Responses should include:

* Detailed product listing including manufacturers represented
* Innovative services and/or continuous improvement initiatives that
add value to the goods supplied
