Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI) is requesting expressions of interest from companies capable of supplying the materials, equipment or services described below. Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this package should submit their corporate
resumes indicating relevant experience and expertise with similar work prior to the closing date indicated above. SOEI reserves the right the make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.

Sable Offshore Energy Inc. requires services for Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) Maintenance. The management of our PSV population has two elements. The two elements listed below are the services that would be contracted to a service provider. These
services would be bid as two aspects of a single contract. The bid submission should have the cost of each part clearly outlined.
- The provision of repair and certification services.
- The management of our spares and spare parts inventories.
Repair and Certification Services
These services that would be provided on a per-service basis. Listed below are the requirements.
- The Vendor will maintain suitable equipment, resources and regulatory certification to provide all required repairs, testing and certification activities for both Onshore and Offshore facilities.
- Be able to meet SOE Inc. 24 ? hour emergency repair requirements (see below).
- The service provider would be responsible for the pick up and delivery of PSV?s sent for repair. In the case of the offshore, pickup and delivery points would be either the Heliport or Dock.
- Provide Offshore and Onshore field service & shop rates for personnel and equipment.
Management of Spares and Spare Parts Inventories
1.Spare Parts Inventory Management
- SOEI would provide the ?first fill? of those OEM spare parts deemed
necessary to our operations. Once the ?first fill? of each spare part has been exhausted the Vendor would be responsible for purchasing and maintaining sufficient OEM stock to meet SOE Inc. 24 ? hour emergency repair requirements. (see below)
- The vendor would track parts usage and adjust their stock accordingly. The stock would be available for inspection by SOE Inc. at any time.
- The vendor would be responsible for the purchasing and warehousing of spare parts.
- The vendor must provide an electronic inventory system to track all spare parts.
2. Spare PSV Inventory Management and Storage
- The Vendor would provide a clean, secure and readily accessible storage
area in which to store the SOEI spare PSV inventory.
- This inventory will be available for inspection by SOE Inc. at any time.
- The spare PSV?s will be maintained in ready for service condition at all times.
- The Vendor would be required to provide the spare PSV?s upon demand at any time.
- SOEI would provide these spares and will retain ownership of these PSV?s.
24 hour Emergency Repair Requirements
- PSV?s sent for emergency repair, will be turned around within 6 hours if
requested. This includes pickup from, and return to, the Heliport or Dock.
- Provide any requested Spare ? certified for service within 4 hours of request.
