The Sable Offshore Energy Incorporated (SOEI), seeks qualified companies
interested in providing companies capable of supplying the equipment and
services described below.
Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this package should
submit their corporate resumes indicating relevant experience and
expertise with similar products prior to the closing date indicated
above. SOEI reserves the right to make the final determination of which
firms will qualify to bid on the project.

PRE TENDER QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT
When submitting expressions of interest, please include the following:
- Three client references in Halifax/Dartmouth
- Two references for Goldboro/ Guysborough
- Names and location of service personnel
- Guaranteed response time
- Any performance warranty
- Established preventative maintenance programs
- Information on product proposed in the tender, with available options
