The Sable Offshore Energy Incorporated (SOEI) is requesting expression
of interest from companies capable of supplying the materials described
below. Companies interested in prequalifying to bid on this package
should submit their corporate resumes indicating relevant experience and
expertise with similar products prior to the closing date indicated
above. SOEI reserves the right to make the final determination of which
firms will qualify to bid on the project.
DESCRIPTION
- Supply of the following oil country tubulars manufactured to API
Specification 5CT for use as casing in the SOEP wells:
400 meters of 762 mm by 38.1 mm wall thickness X-56 casing with
connectors
340 meters of 762 mm by 25.4 mm wall thickness X-56 casing with
connectors
4,800 meters of 508 mm 198 kg/m J-55 casing with connectors
8,600 meters of 339.7 mm 107 kg/m L-80 casing with premium (CAL 3)
connections
4,700 meters of 339.7 mm 101 kg/m P-110 casing with premium (CAL 3)
connections
10,400 meters of 250.8 mm 93.4 kg/m C-110 casing with premium (CAL 3)
connections
8,250 meters of 250.8 mm 93.4 kg/m P-110 casing with premium (CAL 3)
connections
3,700 meters of 178 mm 56.5 kg/m 13Cr 95 ksi casing with premium (CAL 3)
connections
- All premium connections must be fully qualified.

- Please list manufacturer's that you presently represent for this
equipment and the number of years you have represented them.
- Please detail offshore experience that your company has. Provide
contact name and telephone number to support this experience.
- Please advise point of manufacture for the items in which you are
interested in bidding.
- Is the proposed Manufacturer ISO 9000 certified?
