Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOE), is requesting expression of interest
from companies capable of carrying out the work associated with the
design, development, implementation and maintenance of an electronic
map database and GIS (Geographic Information System), as described in
more detail below under Scope of Work.
Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this work package
should submit their corporate resumes, indicating relevant experience
and expertise with similar services, prior to the closing date
indicated above. SOE reserves the right to make the final selection
of firms that will qualify to bid on work package.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Map Database Management Services component will consist of the
development and maintenance of an electronic map database and GIS
(Geographic Information System) which may include but not be limited
to the following:
Engineering and as-built drawings
Pipeline survey information
Anchor patterns
Hazard information
Geotechnical and seismic information
Plantsite and onshore facility information
Shoreline and culture data
Bathymetry and DEM data
Other Marine navigation information
Emergency Response and HSE information
The Database/GIS must have the capability of importing and exporting
multiple digital data formats (e.g. DXF, Microstation, DWG) as well as
various hardcopy and electronic formats.
