Potential bidders are advised that the Sable Tier 2 Development Plan includes additional work scope where execution synergies may exist. Owner may consider an option to extend the Compression work scope to include additional Tier 2 platform requirements
as applicable. The scope and compensation schemes for such additional work, if applicable, would be subject to negotiations. Bidders shall take this into consideration when preparing expressions of interest and in preparation for submission of
proposals.
