Sable Offshore Energy Incorporated (SOEI) is requesting expressions of
interest from companies capable of supplying the materials and/or
equipment described below. Companies interested in prequalifying to bid
on this package should submit their corporate resumes indicating
relevant experience and expertise with similar products to the following
address prior to the closing date indicated above. SOEI reserves the
right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid
on the Project.
DESCRIPTION.
For SOEI to sustain it asset integrity, specifically around critical
equipment, the maintenance strategy will be proactive and rely on
condition monitoring information. A high premium is therefore placed
upon the collection, transformation and presentation of good quality
information to enable effective maintenance decision.
SOEI intends to utilize the appropriate level and mix of technologies,
and integrate fully the information thus made available into the
planning cycle in so far as is technically proven. Preference will
therefore be given to vendors that are able to supply a proven fully
integrated solution.
SOEI places a high premium on skill transfer to it's operation
associates. Commissioning and configuration activities will therefore
be undertaken by Sable personnel under the supervision of vendor
engineers.
