Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI) is requesting expressions of
interest from companies capable of supplying a variety of equipment and
materials to execute the supply package described below. SOEI reserves the
right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid.
Description of Work:
SOEI wishes to create an enhanced four year (4) business
relationship with a primary supplier for coordinating supply chain
management utilizing various suppliers in the consignment of consumables and
the day-to-day procurement of various commodities for both onshore and
offshore production platform facilities.
Any company that can provide all or part of the supply chain is
encouraged to express interest.
The supply chain shall include but not be limited to the following
commodities (including the maintenance of):
ELECTRICAL: Tape, marrettes, tylocks, fuses, conduit and
fittings, breakers, batteries.
MRO: Bottled water and coffee supplies, grease and lubricants,
compressed tube fittings, filters, flex gaskets, ring gaskets, gasket
material, gloves, hose and fittings, industrial insulation,
piping/flanges/fittings, packing, o-rings, belts, bearings, bushings,
mechanical seals, oil seals, valves (ball, globe, check, gate), fasteners,
rope, rags, paint, anti-seize compounds, sample bottles, rubber boots, hand
cleaners, absorbent socks, signage, general consumable material (teflon
tape, hacksaw blades, flashlights, etc.).
OFFICE: Computer equipment and services, courier service, facsimile
machines, hats/jackets/promotional items, photocopiers, reprographics and
printing, stationary and office supplies.
SAFETY: Coveralls, eye protection, ear protection, safety boots,
hard hats, fire extinguishers, specialized gloves, breathing air equipment,
radio equipment.
TOOL: Chain hoists, hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools,
actuated tools, brooms, squeegees.
Included in the supply chain management is the need to package goods
ordered and ship to the designated location (Point Tupper, Goldboro plant,
Dartmouth dock for the production platforms).
Companies interested in prequalifying to bid on this package are
required to submit the following:
1. A copy of your company's profile.
2. A copy of your company's financial statement.
3. A copy of your company's Drug and Alcohol policy
4. A copy of your company's Diversity and Inclusion policy.
5. A copy of your company's Safety and Environmental policy.
6. A copy of your company's Quality Assurance Program.
7. Nova Scotia Content Summary (as per Nova Scotia Benefit
Tender Questionnaire Guidelines).
8. HS & E Self Assessment Summary (as per SOEI Self Assessment
Form)
9. Description of what process the contractor will use to ensure
fair and equal opportunity is given to the
local & Nova Scotia community when they begin to structure
the support or subcontract supply chain.
