Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI) is requesting expressions of interest from
companies capable of supplying a variety of services, labour, equipment and
materials to execute the services package described below...SOEI reserves
the right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to
bid.
Description of Work:
SOEI wishes to create an enhanced five year (5) business relationship with a
primary contractor for coordinating internal and/or external services
utilizing various sub-contractors in the provision of plant maintenance
services for both onshore and offshore production platform facilities.
Any company that can provide all or part of the supply chain is encouraged
to express interest.
The work shall include but not be limited to the following tasks:
Building Maintenance; Carpenters; Concrete Work; Cranes, (onshore) Dozer
Operators; Electricians; Equipment Grouting (concrete pads); External Pipe
Insulation (Heat Treating); Fluid Hauling; General Labour; General
Machining; Grader Operator; Hot Shot; HVAC and Boiler Repairs; Hydraulic
Repairs; Instrumentation Technicians / Calibrators / Chromatography;
Insulators; Lab Analysis; Line Surveyors; Truck and Trailer Units; Meter
Proving; Millwrights; Mobile Steamers; Overhead Door Repairs; Painters;
Pipefitters; Plumbers; Precision Machining; PSV Repairs; Pump Repairs;
Reclamation (filters and catalysts); Road Maintenance; Sanding and Gravel
Hauling; Scaffolding; Security Service (guards and systems); Septic
Service; Sewage and Garbage Hauling; Sheet Metalists; Site Restoration and
Bio-remediation; Site Waste Removal; Snow Removal; Valve Repair; Vessel
Coating (internal); Weed Control; Welding (Class B and Structural
Fabrication); and Yard Maintenance.
Companies interested in prequalifying to bid on this package are required to
submit the following:
1. A copy of your company's profile.
2. A copy of your company's financial statement.
3. A copy of your company's Drug and Alcohol policy
4. A copy of your company's Diversity and Inclusion policy.
5. A copy of your company's Safety and Environmental policy.
6. A copy of your company's Quality Assurance Program.
7. Nova Scotia Content Summary (as per Nova Scotia Benefit Tender
Questionnaire Guidelines).
8. HS & E Self Assessment Summary (as per SOEI Self Assessment Form)
9. Description of what process the contractor will use to ensure fair
and equal opportunity is given to the
local & Nova Scotia community when they begin to structure the
support or subcontract supply chain.
