Sable Offshore Energy Incorporated (SOEI) is requesting expressions of interest from companies capable of supplying the services described below. Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this package should submit their corporate resumes
indicating relevant experience and expertise with similar services and partnerships to the following address prior to the closing date indicated above. SOEI reserves the right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the
project.
DESCRIPTION or SCOPE OF WORK
Sable Offshore Energy requires the services of a diving contractor capable of installing a portable Saturation diving unit on board the support vessel Thebaud Sea. The diving system would need to be installed on board the vessel in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The vessel is equipped with a DP system and would be classed as a class II DP support vessel. The vessel is equipped with a moon pool. The moon pool will require a guide frame for the specific bell size, which would be the diving contractor's
responsibility to provide and manage the installation of this frame.
The system would also require a facility for a small air chamber capable of providing limited air diving support for very shallow work and emergency response to the saturation system.
Contractors must have a Safety Management System, which will be audited and the standards and performance of that system will be evaluated for acceptability.
Contractors must also have a QA/QC system capable of assuring the quality of the work.
Contractors must have had demonstrated experience in Inspection, Repair and Maintenance work specifically related to the Oil and Gas industry.
The scope of work will be detailed in the RPF, which will be issued later in the year. The work is scheduled to start in early to mid July 2000.
The actual work will be in support of the offshore Inspection and Maintenance programs relating to structural inspection of the Subsea portions of the platforms.
Sable Offshore Energy Inc. will provide an ROV capable of providing diver observation and light work class tasks. This resource and its personnel will be provided by SOEI.

Companies capable of supplying the above, and interested in prequalifying to bid on this package are required to submit the following:
1. A copy of your company's profile. including a summary of your technical qualifications and experience in providing the above services,
2. A copy of your company's financial statement; in the case of a joint venture, financial statements of the parent companies who will be guaranteeing the work,
3. A copy of your company's Drug and Alcohol policy,
4. A copy of your company's Diversity and Inclusion policy.
5. A copy of your company's Safety and Environmental policy.
6. A copy of your company's Quality Assurance Program,
