The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) and Alliance Partner Allseas Canada
Limited (ACAN) through Holmes Maritime Inc is requesting expressions of
interest from companies capable of providing Temporary Supply Facilities.
Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this work package must
submit their corporate resumes, indicating amongst others expertise, QA and
HS&E management system description, and relevant experience, prior to the
closing date indicated above. SOEP/ACAN and Holmes Maritime reserve the
right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on
the project.
Scope
Provide facilities, services and equipment, as noted below, for the period
of approximately 2 months, from May through July1999, in support of
pipelaying operations offshore. Supply vessel(s) will call at base
approximately 4 times per week. Each vessel will have approximately 120
Metric Tons (mt) of cargo to discharge and 120 mt to load. Facility cannot
be more than 250 km from Sable Island.
