The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) through its alliance partner MM
Industra/Brown & Root Joint Venture is requesting expressions of
interest from companies capable of supplying the materials or services
described below. Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this
package should submit their corporate resumes indicating relevant
experience and expertise with similar products to the following address
before the closing date indicated above. SOEP reserves the right to
make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the
project.
PURPOSE
The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) through its alliance partner MM
Industra/Brown & Root Joint Venture is requesting expressions of
interest from qualified Nova Scotian and Candian Companies capable of
performing services for the North Triumph Top Sides. The purpose of
this package is to supply the labour and equipment to carry out piping
systems integrity service.
DESCRIPTION
This work package includes Bolt Tensioning and Torquing services with
all necessary equipment for the piping bolted connections. All
connections will be taped after torquing and tensioning is complete in
order to conduct Nitrogen Leak Testing on the piping systems. The
systems will be leak tested with an inert gas. Contractor is
responsible for mobilization & demobilization, safety and environmental
requirements, and quality assurance and control
