Maritime Offshore Service Alliance (MOSA) is an approved bidder to Sable
Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI) for General Services Supply Chain Management.
MOSA is requesting expressions of interest from companies interested and
capable of supplying a variety of sub-contract services, labour, equipment and materials to execute the general services package described below. MOSA reserves the right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid.

In particular, MOSA wishes to provide full & fair opportunity to create
business relationships firstly with Nova Scotia and secondly with other
Canadian firms able to provide various sub-contract services for the
provision of plant maintenance services for both onshore and offshore
production platform facilities. The work will include building maintenance, carpenters, concrete work, onshore cranes, dozer operators, electricians, equipment grouting (concrete pads), external pipe insulation (heat treating), fluid hauling, general labour, general machining, grader operator, hot shot, HVAC and boiler repairs, hydraulic repairs, instrumentation technicians / calibrators / chromatography, insulators, lab
analysis, line surveyors, truck and trailer units, meter proving,
millwrights, mobile streamers, overhead door repairs, painters,
pipefitters, plumbers, precision machining, PSV repairs, pump repairs,
reclamation (filters and catalysts), road maintenance, sanding and gravel
hauling, scaffolding, security service (guards & systems), septic service, sewage & garbage hauling, sheet metalists, site restoration and
bio-remediation, site waste removal, snow removal, valve repair, vessel
coating (internal), weed control, welding (Class B & structural fabrication), and yard maintenance.

Companies interested in responding, should indicate the following:
Company profile and organization chart
Safety and environmental performance for last 5 years
Level of any quality program or if working towards one
Licenses and certifications held
Relevant onshore and offshore maintenance experience
Skill sets and number of personnel available
Personnel trained in offshore Basic Survival Training
Personnel from under-represented groups (self identified)
