Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI) seeks qualified companies interested in, and capable of su0plying meter proving services. SOEI reserves the right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the required system. SOEI will
issue a Request For Proposal (RFP) upon completion of the Expression of Interest. Services are required to begin in September, 2000.
Description:
A qualified service company is required to supply monthly meter proving services to the Goldboro Gas Plant in Goldboro, Nova Scotia and the Point Tupper Fractionation Plant in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia.
Following is a description of the services required.
- Experience in performing calibration and repair services to vortex
shedding, coriolis and turbine meters.
- Experience in proving propane, butane, condensate liquids and n.g.l. mixes.
- Mobile ball type or piston type hydrocarbon liquids prover. Equipment
rated for 600# ANSI service.
- All equipment and procedures certified for Industry Canada custody
transfer.
Interested companies shall provide relevant experience in the immediate area
over the past several years including the sizes of the systems provided.
Interested companies will be expected to provide written verification that their
installation and maintenance personnel are appropriately trained and certified for the proposed systems.
Interested companies shall identify the location and availability of spare parts
and qualified technicians.
