Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI) is requesting Expressions of Interest from companies capable of supplying the services described below. Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this package should submit their corporate resumes indicating
relevant experience and expertise with similar work prior to the closing date indicated above. SOEI reserves the right the make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
Scope of Supply: Sable Offshore Energy Inc. seeks the services of qualified and experienced contractors capable of providing professional services to complete an independent risk assessment for project costs and schedule.
Interested contractors must have related experience in the analysis of project cost and schedule risk for offshore petroleum projects. The contractor will be expected to work as part of an integrated project team located in the Halifax project office.
Schedule
The work must be performed as part of the preliminary phase of the project during the period May to June.
