The Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) is requesting expressions of
interest from companies capable of supplying the materials, equipment and/or services described below. Companies interested in pre-qualifying to bid on this package should submit their corporate resumes indicating relevant experience and expertise with
similar products and services to the following address prior to the closing date indicated above. SOEP reserves the right to make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the project.
DESCRIPTION or SCOPE OF WORK
Process Chemicals are required for the Initial Fills for all of the SOEI
Facilities. These facilities are the Goldboro Gas Plant, Point Tupper
Fractionation Plant, North Triumph, Thebaud, and Venture Offshore Platforms and associated pipelines.
The Process Chemicals required will include, but are not limited to, Mono
Ethylene Glycol (MEG), Tri Ethylene Glycol (TEG) and Methanol. Companies
must have the capability to supply large volumes of each chemical pursuant to Commissioning Schedules.
