Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOE) is requesting expressions of interest
from companies capable of supplying the materials and/or equipment
described below. Companies interested in prequalifying to bid on this
package should submit their corporate resumes indicating relevant
experience and expertise with similar products to the following address
prior to the closing date indicated above. SOE reserves the right to
make the final determination of which firms will qualify to bid on the
Project.
DESCRIPTION
One (1) Potable Water Treatment System mounted on a steel frame skid and
completely prepiped and wired prior to shipment.
The water treatment system shall include:
- 24um filter cartridge for sediment removal
- 10um filter cartridge for sediment removal
- Iron removal filter
- UV filter upstream of reverse osmosis units:
- Reverse osmosis unit, c/w at minimum
- Reverse osmosis membranes (shipped separately)
- High pressure feed pump with 100% spare
- Pressure protection system to stop feed pump on low pressures
- Temperature protection system to shut down the unit on high
water temperature
- Pressure relief valves on permanent and reject lines
- Quick opening automatic valve at inlet to filter
- Wash tank c/w float switch
- Instrument control panel
- Control panel
- UV filter, downstream of reverse osmosis unit.
- Each 25um and 100um filter cartridges shall be capable of
treating 20.5 Lpm of flow rate.
- Each of the UV filters shall be capable of treating 205. Lpm
of flow rate.
