FILTER PLANT BLOWER REPLACEMENT

  Work consists of:The supply and installation of a new filter plant air blower
and new electrical equipment for existing pumps and blowers at the City of
Saskatoon Water Treatment Plant

A tender contained in the sealed envelope provided by the Undersigned and
plainly marked Tender No. 3-1149 will be received up to 2:00 p.m. C.S.T.,
Thursday, January 15, 2004, for the work described.

Interested bidders may obtain Tender Documents, Specifications and Drawings on
or after 2:00 p.m. C.S.T., Monday, December 22, 2003, at Purchasing Services.

To ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the following: * A
bid deposit by Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender amount.

 * A Consent of Surety to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Labour and
Materials Bond each for fifty (50) percent of the gross tender amount.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
