Nerve and Neuro Muscular Stimulators as well as accessories. Please quote
on EMPI brand and alternative EMPI equivalent product. Supplier will be
required to ship to service providers operating out of Regina and Saskatoon
who coordinate and administer the TENS program on behalf of the Saskatchewan
Workers' Compensation Board. See attached tender document.

Any substitution must be compatible.
If bidding a SUBSTITUTE product(s), vendors MUST indicate clearly on the tender

the original manufacturer's make and model numbers. Vendors MUST include
DETAILED
specifications on the product(s) being bid WITH their tender submission.
Vendors are also
REQUIRED to include warranty and service informaton WITH their tender
submission. Failure
to comply with all terms and conditions of this tender will result in REJECTION
of your
submission. The Province of New Brunswick will be the sole judge of
equivalency.
