TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

  Work consists of:Tree maintenance services for the purpose of pruning,
removing and stumping of trees maintained by the City of Saskatoon as directed
by the General Manager of the Infrastructure Services Department or his
designated representative.

A tender contained in the sealed envelope provided by the Undersigned and
plainly marked Tender No. 3-1389 will be received up to 2:00 p.m. C.S.T.,
Tuesday, January 20, 2004, for the work described.

Interested bidders may obtain Tender Documents, Specifications and Drawings on
or after 2:00 p.m. C.S.T., Monday, January 05, 2004, at Purchasing Services.

A bank Letter of Guarantee stating that an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the
amount of 10% of the Total Tender Price will be issued if and when the contract
is awarded to the successful bidder.  This letter must accompany the tender bid.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
