  Completion Date:March 26, 2004

A tender contained in the sealed envelope provided by the Undersigned and
plainly marked Tender No. 3-0072 will be received up to 2:00 p.m. C.S.T.,
Tuesday, January 13, 2004, for the work described.

Interested bidders may obtain Tender Documents, Specifications and Drawings on
or after 2:00 p.m. C.S.T., Tuesday, December 16, 2003, at Purchasing Services.

Copies of the Standard Construction Specifications and Drawings #8211; Roadways,
Water and Sewer (2000 Edition) manual may also be obtained at Purchasing
Services.To ensure consideration, all tenders shall be accompanied by the
following: * A bid deposit by Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the gross tender
amount.

 * A Consent of Surety to furnish a Contract Performance Bond and Labour and
Materials Bond each for fifty (50) percent of the gross tender amount.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
