The Sable Offshore Energy Inc. (SOEI), made up of its alliance companies, and their subcontractors will post their material and service requirement tenders with BIDS for distribution. Tender opportunities will be open to all Nova Scotian and Canadian suppliers and subcontractors (commonly referred to as suppliers in the following descriptions) who feel they may be able to provide best value to SOEP for the specified material or service on a world-wide competitive basis.
